The As-Yet-Untitled-Cat-Comic comic

For a bit of a change, we tried a more experimental comic prompt. Here's the instructions and what folk came up with!

Some stupid jam comics

Sorry it's been a while. We had a good jam comic session in the pub after our last meeting and it prompted some much-put-off scanning, which also prompted sifting through some piles of accumulated scrawlings from the last few months of meetings and events where we've run jam comics.

Here are a few of the less nonsensical/rude ones (yes, incredibly, these are the more coherent ones (bear in mind many of these are drawn by children or drunk people)).

Well, away we go.

Could you find it in your heart?

I'll phantom zone your housy ass

Nooooo

Bigly the hugest

I'd have thought you'd be more busy

Hey John. Show me your anvil.

Soon, comrade, they will clamour for our communist hats!

Space hat!

You want some catharsis?

Move on! Go!

MR PURR - FELINE FINGERPUPPET (MARTIN NEWMAN)

Another "finger puppet" and "cat" combination from the meeting before last.  This one's by the ever-amazing Martin Newman.

CATS AND FINGER PUPPETS (BRITTANY COXON)

Enthusiasm dynamo (and starter of the PJCC's very own Twitter page) Brittany Coxon did this 24-minute comic about those pesky "cats" and their "finger puppets".  Enjoy!

COFFEE AND COMMUNIST CATS (AND THE X-MEN) (MIKE THOMPSON)

Mike Thompson, one part of our glorious two-headed Leaderbeast, did this 24-comic that manages to cram in "cats", "communist" and "coffee", as well as everyone's favourite boarding school mutants.

And as if this wasn't enough, he also did me this lovely drawing of Frank Castle, The Punisher.  I don't know if that was his idea of a sexual advance, but it worked.

CATS AND FINGER PUPPETS (VARIOUS)

There's been an influx of new members at the last couple of meetings, so I've ended up a with a fairly large pile of 24-minute comics to post, not all of them with names attached.  These ones, from various assorted newbies, were inspired by "cats" and "finger puppets"...

(Leo Hunt)

(Jenny Coxon)

(unknown, incorporating "coffee" and "communist" from another selection)

(Lewis Garvey)

(unknown)

If anyone can attach names to these unknowns then please pop a comment below.
